The Backyard is a brand new, family-owned outdoor dining experience in Ocoee that recreates the warmth and hospitality of a backyard gathering. Pull up to the house, enter through the side gate, and take in the landscape. Stop by the open kitchen and help yourself to a drink. Walk along the driveway and choose from our family of food vendors. Grab a seat on the covered patio, play on the lawn or relax under the trees. Whatever you decide to do, just make yourself at home.
Our Why…
While we are foodies and love a good upscale meal we also really love a good, relaxing hang out spot. Someplace casual and inviting where no reservations are needed and you can show up as you are. We love spending time outdoors. We love relaxing, laughing, and catching up with friends and family. We really love getting our kids off their screens and playing IRL. We love good food and drinks. We love a good ambiance, whether it’s live music wafting through the air or string lights twinkling as the sun goes down. Maybe it’s one too many glasses of beer or wine, but places like this can have an almost magical quality. One where you look around and just appreciate life. Cheesy? Maybe a little.
